Brittany shared pictures from the night herself, paying tribute to her Super Bowl-winning husband by writing: ‘Celebrating you is always a good TIME’.

The couple also met a close friend of Kelce’s girlfriend Taylor Swift in Jack Antonoff, who produced Swift’s new album The Tortured Poets Department.

It was a big night elsewhere for Mahomes, as his Kansas City Chiefs team made an exciting choice in the NFL Draft in Detroit by selecting Xavier Worthy with their first round pick.

The wide receiver has drawn comparisons to Tyreek Hill with his electrifying pace and he holds the record for the 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine at 4.21 seconds.

Despite being out on the night itself, Mahomes responded on X to news of his team’s draft pick by tweeting emojis of a man running and the sunglasses emoji.

Patrick was listed among TIME’s most 100 people ahead of the event and it was a star-studded lineup in the Big Apple on Thursday night, with Dua Lipa, Kylie Minogue and Uma Therman also in attendance.

Soon enough for Mahomes, attention will be firmly back on the football field with the Chiefs having a shot at history.

Mahomes, who has two young children with Brittan – daughter Sterling (three) and Bronze (two) – said: ‘I’ve looked, if I played until Tom (Brady)’s age, my daughter would be 19, 20 years old.

‘That would mean missing plenty of youth sporting events and other commitments.

‘I would love to play that long… at the same time, I want to be there for my daughter. If I can do that, I’ll continue to play. But if I feel like it’s taking away from my family time, that’s when I’ll know it’s time to go.’

Mahomes, who is married to Brittan and has two small children together, Bronze (age two) and Sterling (age three), stated: “I’ve looked, if I played until Tom (Brady)’s age, my daughter would be 19, 20 years old.”

That would require skipping a lot of youth athletic events in addition to other obligations. While I would really like to perform for that long, I also want to be there for my baby. I’ll keep playing if I can manage that. However, I’ll know it’s time to leave if I feel like it’s interfering with my family time.
